Every monitored pest is scored on three inputs: live weather from Open-Meteo against its published risk bands, your scouting count against the NCIPM economic threshold, and a two-stage surveillance model. With a count on file the composite runs 40% weather, 44% field pressure, 16% crop stage; with no count it re-bases to 75% weather and says so on the row.
